Greenwood played a key role in Getafe's victory at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium. Borja Mayoral opened the scoring after five minutes from the penalty spot, before Greenwood teed up Jaime Mata to make it 2-0. The United loanee spotted Mata's run down the left flank and picked him out perfectly to run though on goal and score with a low pass. Greenwood then sealed victory with 10 minutes of normal time remaining, stroking home from the penalty spot for his second La Liga goal of the season.
